Gumbo!!

I haven't really had the time to cook in a while so I decided to start back in full force yesturday and continue on through the rest of the weekend. So my first dish to present is my favorite kind of Gumbo. It's not Gumbo from scratch, that I haven't mastered yet, it's the cheating kind. What you need to find first is this bag of instant Gumbo and then you just add whatever you want in it. It's a beautiful thing!! I added a bag of frozen okra, 1 lb. shrimp, 2 lbs white and dark meat chicken and about 2 lbs sausage!

In about 20 minutes if that voila, you have a finished product where people only think that you slaved over a stove all day!!
