This and the "Red Bean" recipe go together, once Hubs found out I was making Red Bean's and Rice he informed me that I absolutely had to make his mom's coleslaw. So he called and got the recipe, his wish is my command. The recipe couldn't be any easier and oh my gosh it's veeeeeery gooooood. I'm pretty particular about coleslaw, and not just because she's my ma-in-law, but she really hit it out of the park. Hope she doesn't get mad about me giving out the recipe!!!
1 Bag of Coleslaw Mix
2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp Mayo
1/4 cup sugar
1 pinch of black pepper (I added this)
1 pinch of salt (I added this)
